Man, do I hate reporting on rumors, but I haven’t posted in a couple days so here I am. macScoop claims that a trusted sourceApple is ,“headed towards the release of a notebook that is so small and light that it could redefine the standards of ultra-portable computing.” That would be awesome, right? Yes it would, but then I would have to put my macbook on my desk and use it as a desktop (after purchasing a dock, monitor and keyboard of course.). Here are the “known” specs:
0.6 to 0.7 inches thick
Less than 3 lbs.
12″ screen.
Of course we’ve heard rumors of ultra-portable notebooks from Apple in the past and they’ve failed to deliver. I know what will happen. Jobs will release it at MacWorld and spend another hour and a half talking about only one product (little bitter about his past two keynotes)!!!!
You know what? I’ll bet it will “revolutionize the laptop industry.”
