Safari for windows

author alang

While browsing the internet, I found this new browser that suppose to be safari for windows because it is based on Apple WebKit rendering engine. The browser is still in alpha stage and have nothing at all to looks like the actual Mac OS X safari, for me, it looks more like Opera. But, for web developer that using windows, they can use this browser to view how their website looks like on safari.

You can download it here (15Mb)? http://www.getswift.org/

Wouldn’t it be superfluous for a web developer to check if his page renders in Safari (in all its Acid2-passing glory), so long as he adheres to standards?
