I’d make decision to stop Desktop of the Month competition after not receive a good response from visitors. Out of 4000 visitors to this site everyday, less than 200 who voted for previous month poll that was open for 5 days.
You can continue to show off your desktop at monthly desktop category. If you think that I should continue the competition, please give your feedback here.

In my opinion i think not quite lots of people know this website plus even my self sometime i don’t gives the vote bcuz sometime the person who are showing their desktop is not quite in my style so i don’t like neither one of them so don’t worry about its there people who voted or not but i think u still must be happy that still more then 4000 people who still willing to visit and look at those desktop…
I think that desktop competition should be carry on to encourage and motivate more ppl on desktop mod…i suggest to drop the voting process since it doesnt receive much response…juz pick one of the most view desktop mod for display…
I strongly agree w/ KAI……….i never voted but do occasionally check out the desktops other ppl have……and am gonna send in my desktop to show how i do it =)
o ya……i believe making the desktop image u first see when entering the site BIGGER….otherwise the size that it wuz makes it less noticable and easily overlooked
I think that if the competition winner had to publish his sources, like, give links to the skins and icons. I think more people would be interested if you did that.
we used to offer cash prize for the winner with a condition that they give links to applications, skins and icons that they use. But, it is still not enough to attract members to participate.
DOTM may be back in the future if I can get any company to sponsor an attractive prize for the winner, such as iPod perhap.
