Multi Plugin for iTunes 7

A lot of things have changed in iTunes 7, and Multi-Plugin needs many changes.
The current version is quite buggy, only use it if you really can’t wait for a stable release.

A couple of notes:
1) No installer. The installation procedure is quite different now, I’ll modify the installer later.
2) Foobar2000 passthrough doesn’t work well.
3) The menu button sometimes doesn’t work.
4) Dumping resources works just like before. Thanks god I made this part so well.
6) The equalizer window has black squares on it’s sides.
7) All previous skins don’t work, but they could be updated, the skinning engine is working great.
Skinners - You can base your iTunes 7.0.0 skins on this Multi-Plugin version. The skin format won’t
change in the final version.
