In a struggle to compete with Apple Computer’s iPod, Microsoft created an all-new multimedia handheld device? called the “Zune”.
The Zune allows users to perform actions very much like the iPod, but with added capability such as being able to share music with friends via Wi-Fi.
The Zune has a 30GB hard drive, a bright 3-inch display, 14-hours of batterylife while playing music (with Wi-Fi turned off), 13-hours with Wi-Fi on, 4-hours of picture-viewing time, and finally 4-hours worth of video.
The iPod features a nice 6 1/2-hours of video playback time, making it a better video player on-the-go.
The Zune is priced at $249.99, and is available in Black, Brown, and White.
