Leaked iPod Footage

author alang

A new leaked video has appeared on YouTube showing a 5th-Gen iPod Video with CoverFlow.

The video was posted up by Gizmodo, and claims a soon to come iPod Firmware Update will contain CoverFlow.
CoverFlow allows users to view all album artwork, and scroll through them in a “slide” animation.

Although not confirmed by Apple, we might see CoverFlow coming to iPods in a nearby Firmware update.

As Dero32 pointed out:
The iPod is capable of rendering these animations, for example while viewing Photos the iPod 5G can display the “Cube” and “Page Flip” animations. The iPods can also display HD Videos and games.

It’d be a pretty cool feature, I hope to see this sometime soon.

This would indeed be a pretty cool feature.

Btw: I really hope that there will be an iTunes update for Windows Vista. I’m running Windows Vista Business on another partition and I’ve got many problems with my iPod…

I never “stole” what you said, I simply forgot about posting a quote.

You do not need to get offensive, simply just write to me instead of taking matters into your own hands.
