If you’re reading this on June 7th, 2007 and have a Mac, then you have to click here ASAP! What is it? It’s a free copy of DivX Converter. Free, not pirated. They essentially giving you twenty bucks for nothing more than your email address. DivX is a format of movie that plays on most new DVD players and is great for movies that are attained in less-than-legal fashion (As I’m sure none of you here do… right?). Also, you can convert mpegs, .mov’s, .avi’s and basically every other video format to DivX format with this free-for-today software, so it has other benefits than just playing pirated movies on your big screen (or little screen, whichever). I’m pretty excited, not going to lie.
If you’re reading this on June 8th, I feel pretty bad for you.
UPDATE: THERE IS A VERSION FOR WINDOWS USERS TOO. REJOICE!
