Atomicfuel, a WinMatrix forum user has posted a thread containing a modded version of shell32.dll.
Shell32.dll contains the icons that Windows Vista uses, and Atomicfuel has included his own set of icons to replace Vista’s default.
“I decided that I didn’t like vista rtm’s shell32.dll file. Is microsoft so lazy that they can’t do away with the old windows 3.1 icons?”
Users must be careful, as they are modifying core files in Vista.
