Apple Releases New Intel Core 2 Duo iMacs

Apple has just released new Intel Core 2 Duo iMacs, along with a new screen size: 24 inches.

The new models include a 1.83GHz model (17″ Widescreen, starting at $999.00), a 2.0GHz model (upgradeable to 2.16GHz, 17″ Widescreen, starting at $1,199.00), a 2.16GHz (upgradeable to 2.33GHz, 20″ Widescreen, starting at $1,499.00) and a 2.16GHz model (24″ widescreen, upgradeable? to 2.33GHz, starting at $1,999.00).

The new 24″ iMacs feature nVidia graphics, either a 7300 or 7600 model (128 or 256MB VRAM).
