where in the free version of windowblinds, do you find the control settings to bring back the desktop icons and other tweaks...rather than doing it through the (right-click desktop way)...thanks.

Is there a free Windowblinds? I didn't know that. Well, try to find TweakXP or TweakUI. Google for them, download and look for that option. I did it that way.
