Use this to adjust the cleartype settings.
http://www.microsoft.com/typography/...ner/Step1.aspx The adjustment would help you get rid of any extra fuzziness. Also, don't expect Cleartype to render fonts the Mac way. Windows font smoothing is not very good.
Another thing, if you're using Styler only for the toolbar then you can turn the rest of the features off. That way you don't have to constantly run it in the background eating up some resources.
