If i remember rightly, it's just an .exe installer that you run for it to replace the internal imagery of the application, although:
1. The app still making the rounds is for Picasa V 1.6.
2 The skin had serious bugs and couldn't skin the application fully, leaving black patches over the app at selected areas.

The default skin for Picasa is nice enough, and at least is complete. But to each his/her own.

Picassa skins does have a few bugs with it they need to fix all that up I used Picassa previously now iPhoto 2 for Windows.

Hi,
I installed the theme with Fliyakite OS X. When you install Flyakite, you can chose what do you want. Klick the tickbox for Picasa iPhoto skin and it changes the skin by its self.. =)

?? Does anyone now: is iPhoto 2 is now legal or not? I can not visit the NEWMACSITE..??
