I asked exactly the same before...

Author answered this:

The transparent bg's are "ghost image" widget with this self-maded transparent png in yahoo engine. The icons at the bottom, are yz'dock, the big clock is "bigclock(modified)"widget, and the date is "bdw clock" widget.
