Hello, I'm new with these tipe of stuff. Can anyone help me to setup the Mac OS X Tiger Theme? I have downloaded the file... but further on I don't know. I also downloaded StyleXP, and is trying to download Window Blinds. Which one should I use... or please just help me. :confused:

Just another thing when I want to download something from this website, it goes like this: I click on the Download Now tab, but it redirects me to the main webpage everytime.

You said you've downloaded the file, but then you said everytime you want to download it redirect to the main webpage. So can you download the file or not?

I make a setup on server that each visitor can download one file only at a time. So please be patient and wait for it to finish before download another files.

If you are new on all this, I advice you to download flyakite OS X 2.0. It will do all the job for you

Right, first of all, have you actually installed FlyaKite? If so, you can right click on your desktop, select "properties", click the Appearance tab and then change the theme in there to Tiger. If you haven't installed FlyaKite, do so now then you should find the skin automatically installed on your system.
Second of all, if you wish to use a downloaded theme, you need to find out what sort of theme it is and hence then knowing how to use it. If the theme has an extension of .wba then it is for WindowsBlinds. If it ends in msstyle then it is a shell theme. Each has its own advantages, if you're using a slower PC, stick to msstyles.
Assuming you use an msstyle, you need to copy the style (make sure you extract if from the zip if it's in one) and put it in the following folder:
C:WINDOWSResourcesThemes
Once there, go back to your desktop and do the steps I outlined at the start of this post and select the theme you just put in the themes folder.
If you still are having difficulty, post your queries here making sure to tell us the problem in plenty of detail, and outline exactly what you have tried.

1) I have Downloaded Flyakite. And it automatically changed everything... like I would wanted it. But it is the panther theme( as it's suppose to be).

2) There is another Theme to download... the Mac OS X Tiger (Its a small file: under 5MB) it's the Tiger in the Top Downloads.
If I download this "theme" what should I do? Sorry if i'm trouble

Right. if you downloaded "Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger" then you have a windows blinds skin. I am going to recommend you download this skin instead:
http://www.osx-e.com/downloads/themes/tiger2.html
Now. Download that, then extract the files to the following directory on your hardrive:
C:WINDOWSResourcesThemes

You can then proceed to change the theme by right clicking on the desktop, select properties, click appearance and select tiger. Work ok?

And I personally can`t understand why you like Steve`s theme.. Dobee`s looks better. but i don`t know how to make my tray look like in Mac OS (i mean where the date- ex. Sun. and time is and tree icons- volume, chat and connection with space) HELP ME PLEASE IF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I`m TALKING ABOUT!

And no more way out? coz I don`t need those FILE EDIT (I`ve got only 800/600 :Embarrassed: ) secondly object bar doesn`t work well in my XP (problems with switching windows and etc.)
