I've been working on building a list of the top skinning sites (download sites, forums, help pages etc.) and am looking for suggested additions. The goal is to have a list I can hand to anyone whenever they ask about skinning and where to go for more information. It seems like info and content is so scattered around that it's difficult to find the good stuff sometimes.

OSX-E is a site I missed on my first go round and have added it to the community provided list.
