Hi, I downloaded window blinds and the Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger skin thing.

Im new to this, so how do I install the skin?
Window blinds dosent recognise it as the skin thing, so how do I get it to work.

I am a n00b.

Working, I had unzipped the zip file, and was confused.
