if you have the objectbar in the systray, right click - general options - theme browser...OR you can go to your objectbar folder in Windows directory, open the theme folder (e.g. //Objectbar/Tiger) then click xxxxxx.obtheme...

Once you get familiar with editing/modding objectbar, you can create your own theme switcher. themes like CRNI's have preset theme switchers.

First of all, you buy it. It won't allow you to use other themes till then, after yhat it's just a matter of using your OB themes like you would your WB ones. Install by double-clicking the *.obtheme file, then use OB's control panel to change to the theme of your liking. Again, this info can be floating around at a lot of places, better search if you want to know more basic details.
