Sound Driver Problem
This started happening today; there's no sound coming from my speakers. None. Except that "ssssssssssssss" that sounds when no sounds are playing. When I double-click a song in iTunes, the song stops at 0:00, although there is a speaker with the )) coming out, and the PLAY button turns to a PAUSE button. This stops happening when I plug in a Logitech USB Headset for PS2; it starts happening when I unplug it. My sound driver is a SoundMAX.

Help appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Sound Driver Problem
My recomendation is: try to search foe the newest version of your SoundMAX drivers, reinstall it, try not to use your headset if it wasn't not originally designed for PC usage.

Re: Sound Driver Problem
Reinstall failed; sound driver fixed

I'm sure you'll never see those words ever again.
