I did customise my desktop to be OS-esque a while ago on my old computer, but that thing was so slow it was untrue so I couldn't keep it but I have a new laptop now that handles it great. This website (call me a kiss as, but hey ) is probably the best one for the downloads, Wincustomize is one I use a lot too.
