hey, i'm kinda new to doing stuff like this... i've been using style xp for a while, but that got really annoying and i was looking for other options, and i found this site. i must say the flyakiteosx package worked really well...and after a few hours of shopping and playing around with skins of various programs, i finally came up with this:

it's not much, but i like it like that, and i still haven't found a background i like...i may just keep it white.
i have two questions. first, what is (if one even exists) the "id" of Start>Run? for example, in the bart on the left of my screen, the link to "my computer" is

i have no idea what these mean or what they are referred to; all i know is that they open these two programs. is there one of these "codes" that i could use if i wanted to put "run" on that left side bar?
#2: is there any way to get the y'z shadow tray icon to go away?
