You mean... internally change its name? One word: NO.
The internal references used by the app could use "Firefox" name often, but if you just wanna change the visible string in the TitleBar, you could use the Titlear tweak extension for Firefox and change the firefox icon to Safari's default icon. You can change many things in the apps via res-hacking but you could mess something in the string tables and screw up your entire software.
You should try the extensions for Firefox in this case. If you wanna change another app name, try looking in the string table in reshacker. I wouldnt recommend this though, coz It may damage the internal calls of the program, and you wont be able to use that app anymore.
If you want to use another app name for your ObjectBar (which I think is the case), you could try an OB mod that I've seen around aqua-soft. It allows to show another name in ObjectBar, not the app internal name.
