Taskbar needs lots of work.

Dock icons and theme could be better. You'd want to hide menus in apps too (use styler or OB). A better VS could be found too, or simply use WB.

More specifically, the icons and etc. on ur taskbar are spaced too far apart, and it shouldnt say OSX Leopard
also, make it so that there is no shortcut icon on the Leopard HD....either just disable it (u can use a variety of tweaking programs, or just regedit to change it manually...look up the reg key) or change the default icon using IconPackager or similar app
The colors for closing, etc.. go Red, Yellow, Green, and edit ur TrueTransparency so that there aint no icon on the right side...just go to the .ini in the TT folder,and change the iconsize to 0
and i know everyone like HAS to have the default, commercial mac background, but, between u and me, i dont know a single mac user w/ that BG. Just put wuteva u like.
Other than that, i would say just customize ur dock icons and maybe ur dock skin and move the recycle bin to the bottom right.
Its decent tho...
