Lightbulb Linux
We need a site like this really badly for Linux. Does anybody know of one?

If not, Why not open up OS X-e to Linux?

Its free as in beer, let's make it free as in speech

Re: Linux
Funny, I just watched a documentary about the Free Software movement.

Linux is already Customizable to begin with, So it's not really much of a expression to
Deskmodd it as it is with Windows or Mac OS X. The Majority of people on this site are Windows Users anyway, So why go though the trouble to appeal to a demographic that doesn't even exist?

It's also very hard to have it emulate another OS. Linux is a beast of it's own.

Re: Linux
There are two types of Linux users

ones that really like linux

and ones that wish they had a mac

We really need a developing community as powerful as the one here

I already come here for all my emulation stuff, but It'd be nice if I could post a tarball for the people who don't want to sit and convert everything to a metacity theme.

Linux is waiting for a makeover.

Re: Linux
I am dual-booting my Longhorn M5 with Fedora Core 2 test 3.

The only problem is that my wireless card driver does not support linux. Any ideas ?
