Tiger ones are available. I don't know if Leopard ones are any different, but I don't know if they're explicitly available. Why don't you use the Tiger ones or the Black Tray Icons pack that are available?
And, why would you need "high-res" tray icons???

lol i just thought high res would be an added bonus, and i am using the black tray icon pack atm but the iChat icon if different in leopard and i cant find it, and i thought other icons might be as well soo i wan just seeing if anyone had the leopard pack if there was 1 of course
