I dont use Iconpackager since it isn't freeware but wanted to get the icons and pngs from the IP files. Is there a way of extracting the icons/pngs? Thanks.

You could try doing that w/WinRAR.

If I change the extension to zip files, I can do it with some but not all IP files. RAR files didnt work though. Thanks.

Did you try right-clicking it and pressing "Open with..." then browsing to WinRAR?

What is the theme you are trying to get extracted? I could get the icons out for you.

That is the theme I am trying to get the icons from. When I right click on it, it causes an error in Explorer. I tried downloading the file again but got the same result. Not sure what the problems is because I DL two other themes and the extraction trick worked fine. Hopefully, you will have better luck than me Nylock. Thanks again.

Ok here you go, I extracted them on a Mac so inside the .Zip folder there will be some weird folders. Inside one of the folders will be the icons.

How I did it: Changed extension for .ip to .zip, extracted w/Mac OS X's default .Zip extractor.

Thanks Nylock, got them from Rapidshare without a problem. Its funny that I used the same procedure except I have Zipgenius installed to handle compressed files and couldn't get the icons. Go figure, eh? Thanks again. Hope you are getting some use from all these icons. LOL
