how do you convert regular "gif" format pictures into icons?

or does anyone have a set of sims2 icon? that'd be great thanks

Ummm... PM them over to me and you'll have them in ICO format in no time....

Otherwise I dont know of batch GIF converters for Windows... if you first made the gif's into PNG and used aveiconifier that would do it to.
