Only thing I liked about Vista when I had it installed, was the translucent window with the blurring effect, and the nice Flip3D, etc. Then I bought WindowBlinds 5 and I get the effect on XP, but just much faster, although there's the drawback of not having any blur. Here's a picture of it running.
