Bungie has anounced that Halo 2, the popular Xbox video game is going to be avalible for Windows.

The only thing is, only for Windows Vista (they got you there, didn't they!).

Halo 2 will take full advantage of Vista's capabilities, giving the user a great gaming experience.

Hope you guys enjoyed the news as much as I did, I cannot wait untill Halo 2 for PC is released. Maybe they'll include the Halo 2 Map Pack in the game, too (come on, you made me buy Vista and now this, a map pack wt*?)

I also think I heard at A-S that Halo 2 will require the new DirectX 10 that will be coming with Windows Vista. So the game must be pretty amazing, I mean if you have what it takes to run it.

Will they release DirectX 10 for Windows XP machines as a separated update installation package??? We don't have Vista.

I'm going to get a gaming PC and hopefully an iMac, Windows Vista so I can just get up to date software, games etc.

iMac for everything else (music, internet, everything but games... well, games for mac only!)
