here's the second one (or something very similar) i use for winamp. i like it a lot, although it takes up a lot of ram, so if you don't have a lot, i don't recommend it.

Well that's fixable. iTunes->Multi-Plugin->Compatibility->Select "Make programs recognize iTunes as WinAmp"
