Known bugs:
if mail count is "0" the preview window breaks.

"0" bug fixed but I had to reorganize my links so the update button wont work you will have to redownload,sorry

Harddrive failure so I lost alittle but alot of my code was still online I will have a new beta by this weekend.

I know this may be going away from what you want to do, but, is there anyway to make this an ObjoctDock Docklet? That it looks like it does in Tiger, where the new mail notification is on the dock? Just Wondering, if its too much trouble, sorry.

Im very sorry I dont know how to make objectdock docklets maybe with the new avedesk I will be able to do something.

Ok since replacing my hard drive I have gotten this widget back up and going. I wanted a better way than tooltips to view unread mail so here is the mail preview window........[attachmentid=707][attachmentid=709]

The window has active, inactive and pressed states like any other window. Dont have a mac so any sugestions as to the look or arrangement would help.Will release this weekend.Oh I almost forgot when you click go to mail it automatically logs you in to your account you can use your default email client to compose mail or Gmail compose window (set in prefs) instead of tooltips now when you hover over something it will display a discription at the bottom of the window. Im sure I have forgotten something here but oh well.

Update: Address icon has been replaced with matching button thanks to Kappe for his images.

I know this is not the right place but also this weekend there should be an update to Dashboard World clock it has a new alarm manager.........

This widget seems to me the most usable so far ... is it difficult to implement it for a generic pop account (no ssl)?
