I am really fond of dashboards and was hoping to acquire them however every time i download a widget or dashboard it says cannot find what to open software by and gives me a choice to either choose from the list or browse on the web to find an appropriate program...

It seems to me that you just simply did not install Konfabulator or Yahoo Widget Engine (I don't like this name, I prefer the first one.) Get Konfabulator first if you didn't and everything will work just fine if that's the case.

Sorry, Khalua, I didn't read your response first. Anyway, it wound be just double recomendation to get Konfabulator.

Or, Your Downloading A Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger Dashborad Widget. They cannot be used with windows, Not even the Sidebar in Windows Vista. Sorry. If you want the windows version of widgets, Download the Yahoo Widget Engine.

You could try Ave's Desk, But it's kinda hard to figure out. (But you get a whole lot more costomization.)
