Hello guys ,
I'm a newbie here and I'm having some problems with the Konfabulator dashboard.
I cannot match the icons with the widgets....all my widgets in the dashboard have the same ugly grey default widget icon.
I tried to check in the options to customize the icons but it doesn't work .
Can someone help me plese ?
I wish I could post a screenshot of my problem if I only knew how.

Hey, mnc80! What version of the Dashboard are you using? Anyway, there must be a set (was included) of icons for the widgets for matching with them, and what version of Kanfabulator (Yahoo Widget Engine) do you use?

My versions of dashboard is 2.9 and konfabulator is 3.0.2.
Yes , I have the folder with all the icons but when i place the widget in the dashboard , the icon remain the default ugly grey one that is the same for every widget. I don't know why it doesn't recognize the icons

Check if your widget/icons have read only attributes.

well it's kinda hard for me to explain but I'll try .
Basically each time before adding a widget to the dashboard I right click on a free spot in the dashboard and I select " set default images " when the window pop up I press on "widget icon "," folder icon "and " program icon " and I choose from there in the" icons "folder (the one that came with konfabulator , i believe ) what icon add to that widget , when i'm done with that I close the pop- up window and I add the widget that i want by just dragging it to to the dashboard and that's it ....the grey ugly default icon change to the one that I previously select by itself . You have to do all this passage each time before adding a new widget . Basically you first choose what icon to add to it and then you drag it and drop it in the dashboard and so on and on for each widget you wanna add.
I don't know if I've been clear enough ....feel free to ask more questions.
