Question Can AveDesk and Y! Widget Engine be run together?
Self explanatory.

EDIT: And if so, are there any performance impacts? CPU and such?

They can run togheter with no probs. Just be sure to dont assign the same function key to Showcase on avedesk and konsposé for Yahoo Widgets.

And... while the most apps u run, more resources and performance impacts will be noticed.
