I'm not going to kill or replace osx-e.com lol. With 7000 visitors a day, why should I do that. I have no idea why you keep saying I'm going to close osx-e where in fact I just considering only to close forum and gallery.

And deskmodr is not going to replace osx-e but just an expand. I can't allow vista / linux discussion or news posted here because of the site name osx-e, so there is where deskmodr take place where it can be a place for all desktop customizing needs. Osx-e will remain a #1 source for all mac emulation files and I may be adding mac themes as well considering the number of our members who turn to be a mac user.

Alang,when you said there is no point to continue the forum because last month was not very active,but you said there are 7000 visitors to this site and the download section when I click goes to deskmodr,I really don't where you up to,I think I agree with Ojalord,if you want to make a new site just do,but don't said mac osx-e not active and don't do "the download section when I click goes to deskmodr" don't close the gallery & forum section,I don' think that's a good idea,remember you just ask the forum,right ?

Er...Right, but I come to this site mainly for those (forum and gallery). So, closing those two is same as closing the site for me.

But he's not going to close them, just replace them with something very much the same. In fact this forum will stay almost the same, just with a different skin and in a sub-forum on deskmodr.

Osxe was my 1st forum. Uh, still is. but.... as a matter of fact, after a year or so of this; yeah, I'll say it.... mac emu is getting a little boring. BbbUUUUUTTTTTttttt!!!!! that is because the operating system (10.4) has been the same forever. am I right? yes, I am. I believe that a new os will put a whole new outlook on this website when we get new things to emulate. 10.5. It will refresh this site for a year or more. right? right. Sure, emulating other stuff would be great on (deskmodR) but... yeah, I don't know.



DeskmodR needs a new skin. it sucks so bad right now. YES I KNOW ITS TEMPORARY BACK OFF!!!! if it gets a skin like the osxe one now (mebbe a little flash) and the design could get a little user oriented, that'd be really neat. for me..... the name seems dated. really cool idea, but I'm reluctant to leave my --DEVELOPER-- Posts: 1205 and 7 dots here.

Reputation stuff would be a good contingency from osxe to DESKMODr.

Ok let me suck some air and get a cocoa and go the the bathroom.
