I guess, .rar extention is not allowed. Try compress it in zip format

Alright, that works using .zip! So here are the four files we were talking about:

Log Off, ShutDown, Restart, plus needed dll.

Please add to the download section if possible.

PS: Dremation, if you plan to do this one in VB use the pulsating aqua button on this link. If you need the graphics, let me know. I already have the Tiger Logoff, ShutDown and Restart dialog screenshots ready for whoever may need it. Just let me know :Blushing:

I checked out that link for the controls, look like I will have to code my own controls. Those are for .NET platform. I want to stay away from .NET as much as possible. I also want to stary away from including 3rd party extensions. This way, I can develope one standalone EXE. I think I have all the screen shots I need right now. If I need something else I will let you guys know.

I have the Restart mod almost done. Should I include fade in and out of the window? or does OSX not do that? also, should i maybe allow this to add itself to the startmenu?

It doesn't fade in nor fade out. Maybe you could add an option to put it into the Start Menu.

ok, I will work on that. the biggest wall here is the pulsing button...i am not sure how to go about it..but I will come up with something nice
