Im iam making my own spotlight clone which does'nt require google desktop search.

Cool, looking good keep up the good work. Its nice that we wont need Google Desktop Search because it eats up too much memory.

it´s nice , I wonder how long it ll take.
i´d like to use it , becaus I´ve installed spotlight clone and I don´t know how to do it works.

To make it work, first you need to have the Google Desktop Search Engine installed and running. So, if you haven't done that, go ahead and do it. Next, run the Spotlight icon. Unfortunatelly when you install it, it does not create a desktop shortcut, so you will have to create your own. After you run it, right-click on it and click on Preferences. Then select the Setup tab and follow the instructions there to be able to make the program work on your PC. After you do that, it should work. :Grinning-Wink:
