Actually I had it just before my win crashed so its still around and I believe I got it somewhere around here, but Im not sure. I want it back, so if someone finds it before me, let us know
What is miniMIZE?
miniMIZE is a small desktop enhancing application that catches windows that you minimize and puts a thumbnail of the main application window on your desktop.
It is a clone of an application called MINt, started by Kapsules developer Andrew Powell. Unfortunately MINt was discontinued and so I began work on miniMIZE. The internal development name was chosen as Deskcon.

SmallWindows is a very good Expose-like proggy and costs much less (it's free). But as of yet the current release doesn't support capturing the current background. I would still recommend it.
Icon Workshop from Axialis is great for making, transforming or just changing icons, plus more. Unfortunately it is shareware.
So is Restorator, which is like ResHacker but better.
