Hi all...nice place this, I think I'm gona like it here

Now, without further delay, I can't get search spy working, it just displays nothing....
I have installed Google desktop (unwillingly) and then re-installed searchspy, and nothing happens, have I done something wrong?

It might be indexing?

A better alternative, imo, to searchspy (and one that Does Not Use GDS) is Macsearch (look in the D'loads section). Since you don't want GDS anyway, I guess switching wouldn't be a problem.
