Get rid of file menu
I was wondering if anyone knows how I can get rid of the file menu from the top of each window. I want to use objectbar, and have that menu on the top of the page not on the windows.

I searched for this but I couldn't find anything.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Get rid of file menu
I think you should use WindowBlinds, or whatever it called, this might be the wrong spelling. Guess, it would do what you wanted.

Re: Get rid of file menu
It's ok, I found it. You use Objectdock and go to the options. So my next question is does anyone know the best objectbar theme. I'm thinking the ones made by steve.

Re: Get rid of file menu
Another alternative is to use Styler. Thats what I use for that purpose.

It's all good now. I have MAC OS X (OSX86) installed on my PC. So I think I have a good skin, LOL.

Re: Get rid of file menu
I use WindowBlinds and also use ObjectBar and Object Dock. But I still have not been able to get rid of the "File Edit ..." from all Windows except for FF. Can I be given some advice on how to do that??

Re: Get rid of file menu
Use Styler.

There is an option in Objectbar to hide menus though: Right click on the bar>>Properties>>File>>General Options>>Hide menus of applications when a replaceable section is present>>and hide movable menus from Explorer and IE windows.

Check both boxes, then click "Apply" and "OK"

Re: Get rid of file menu
styler only can be use to hide menu in explorer but for other applications we still need object bar to do that. But unfortunately, object can't hide all applications menu like photoshop
