so my buddy would like to try this but his dad has admin status...and he has his own account...i guess i just realized the answer to the question, if he installed it under admin, it would affect the admin account...what if he gave himself admin status temporarily on his own name...would the osX theme show up on his dads admin account? thanks....

Ok, ok... You can hack that machine if you reboot in safe mode (hit F8 while windows is booting) and selecting "Administrator" account, or hit CTRL+ALT+DEL twice. In the logon box, type "Administrator" and try to login. Most of installed windows doesn't have a master pwd. Try to do this and change your account privileges. Note that if you have private files, you will lost them, for avoiding that, be sure that you don't have private files (such as porn).

Well the one guy is kinda right. Boot up in safe mode and install it that way. Your user account will hold whatever theme you want along with other settings. The only setting that i find is not set to a user account is the resolution. I other words, the Res is set for all users and each user is not able to have his/her own set.
