OK theres a post on Aqua-Soft about a finderbar that..
-is adaptive
-changes
-uses REAL menues
but the creator needs some people to help him make it so the app recognizes more toolbars
his post below:
ac OS X has a neat feature to show menu bar at the top. There is an option to do this in Linux, but I did not find any way to do that in Windows
So I'm trying to solve this issue by myself. I've created a little application that steals a menu bar from foreground window and puts it to the task bar. Here's what I've got:

As you can see, foreground window has no menu bar. It is put to the task bar! And what's more, you can click the menus and they work.
Actually this is a result of an hour of work, so don't "shift your expectations" about it yet. There are some serious problems with it:
* Some apps refuse to reveal their menus: iTunes, QuickTime, Explorer and some other do not work. Flash, Notepad, PhotoEditor and ACDSee work (relatively) fine.
* Menu bar does not update to reflect app changes
* It does not restore the menu bar. App leaves "menu-bar-less" until the next launch.
* No images/graphics are available in my menu bar. It can not inherit menu look from the original app.
You can download my clumsy hack:

Instructions are included. I'm waiting for any comments. If you like the idea - let me know and I'll go on with this stuff. If this hopelessly sucks or there is someone who have accomplished this task already - let me know too. A way to contact:

There are plenty of bars that don't change or arn't free..but this one has potential if some people can help i thought i'd bring this to peoples attention so that way we'd have a community created app that realy works..
I hope u guys like it !
