How can I change the Internet Expoorer toolbar so that it looks like OS X tollbar?

most people use Yz Toolbar for that. you can get it from the downloads section right here. and just do a few searches on the web for yz toolbar themes and you'll get a million for an osx look

To change iExplorer bar you use Y'z Toolbar you can even download toolbar themes.

If I were you just switch to Mozilla FireFox after that download Flash Player 7 for that Browser. So Try it!
