First off you posted this in the wrong section, put it in General Discussion/Apple Hardware.
And did you use Boot Camp for Mac or just trying to dual-boot on a PC?
If you partitioned with Vista on a Mac, your screwed because you probably messed up the MBR.

Get Hiren's Boot CD 8.X (don't ask) and boot off of it. Select Partition Magic Pro and delete the XP partition, then flag the Vista partition as primary. Be careful when doing this, backup for files, I'm not responsible for any files lost.

If you got everything working then cool, but I had somewhat the same issue were I wanted to remove windows vista boot loader since just deleting the partition still kept the boot loader. I removed it with this program I found on the internet you could even remove it within the OS. It was quite easy to use, just open the tool and it will find the boot loader, and just tell it to delete it.
If you still want it I can find that tool again.
About upgrading the graphics cards
From looking at your PC on the interrr-net, I found that this is a notebook? If this is correct then, no you can not upgrade a graphics cards on a notebook...well you can but you would need to replace the motherboard.
