Hey,...uhhm had the same problem some time ago after installing flyakite and some skins,...did the same,..un- re- un- re- un- install
nothing worked,then my object dock crashed and the taskbar suddenly appeared,...
...so if you use object dock,check if the option "hide windows taskbar" is unchecked.....hope that helped.
