Currently I have the toolbar up on the top of the screen and a dock on the bottom with the setting always on top. Is there any program that limits the max size of any applicatin so that when I maximize the screen, it will not go under the dock?

Kinda like the imacs, the application will not cover the dock nor will it go under it.
