Your Explorer is messed up? That doesn't really sound good. So when you go to "Start - All Programs - Accessories - Windows Explorer you get that error message? Maybe just try TaskKilling Explorer (make sure you dont have ANY programs running while doing this). Then use the Task Maneger to restart explorer. I'm not sure if this will hope though.



Ctrl - Alt - Delete

Click the "Processes" Tab

Click the "User Name" Tab

Select "Explorer" listed under your user name

Press the "End Process" Button

Press "Yes"

Click the "Applications" Tab

Press the "New Task..." Button

In the Drop Down Box, type in explorer.exe

Press OK

See if you can use Windows Explorer.
