Umm.... you need to read the readme file and this also assumes you have the usual programs like Styer, Objectbar, Windowblinds, AvePreview, Flyakite, Rainlendar etc. installed.

If you do, then install as indicated in the readme because each element goes into the appropriate folders in your program files directory
