Fixing Uglyndows… hahahaha… !!
Buy a mac folks..!
then what? getting headaches in opening/converting MS docs/files/programs to run in mac? or searching shapeshifter to change your mac look because the default mac desktop tends to get stale after a while? maybe these folks don’t want to give up their comfort and familiarity with windows, the just prefer the sleek mac look. do you think the whole world will convert to mac if you bring the price down?
you’re right, windows is ugly, that’s why there are programs which offer to change visual styles, the same way there is shapeshifter, etc. for mac.
umm… i may be just stupid, but how do i get this to work on vista?
Right-click on YzShadow.exe and select properties, go to compatibility and check “run this program in compatibility for: Windows XP (Service Pack 2). Congratulations!
there’s no option for properties when you right-click on yzshadow.exe…
It works exactly as described and is quite nice actually, makes having to use windows less painful (mac is my primary home)
Nice piece of software but a bit confusing for some especially un-installing…
Look for a new icon on your task-bar then Disable it and quit…
I also found it couldn’t be deleted from the desktop and had to open the desktop in a windows explorer window, rather a pain…
I think I can live without it…

Requesting Y’z Shadow For Windows VISTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Plyyysss
Cause isn’t Vista Compatible I’ll Be Happy if someone HELp mE!
Thank you SOOOOO much! I’ve been looking for something like this for years, I never even thought about using some Google-Fu to find it though.
Incredibly quick and easy install, just a simple double click on the executable while it was still in the .zip folder and I had instant shadow. This is total digital bad-assness.
Epic non-Fail!

It works flawlessly.
