Allows to change icons of the chosen folder to any chosen by you. And even at connection of a hard disk to other computer of an icon will remain such what they were made by you.
You can change an icon of any folder, with any method which is pleasant to you more
- Through context menu with preliminary viewing the image
- Through dialog, also with preliminary viewing the image
You can choose a icon-theme for context menu.
ATTENTION: Before installation of version Folderico remove all the previous versions Folderico

Superb.
A must have.
Far far FAR better than any other icon changing prog.
Could do with more icon packs though.
If you need more icon-packs, then you may open page : http://eng.softq.org/folderico_themes1
On this page you may download additional 6 icon packs,
But if you have BIG collection of icons, then you may build oun ICL files and place to folder “samples”
If you do not have utilite to build ICL file from stand-alone icons, then you again download freeware tool ICL Builder, created special for this purpose from http://eng.softq.org/icl_builder
Disappointing.
Still waiting for it to change an icon.
Kept saying “Can’t change” something about rights - baffling.
XP itself does a better and quicker job.
right click/properties change icon and search for your icons
Its a shame - he has a lovely collection of icons to use, too.
Should be made simpler.
His “Badges” prog is better.
The main purpose to create app is a copy icon to folder, to made icon system-independed (you may copy folder to another pc, burn on DVD - but icon will remain such what they were made by me.
And context menu more simply than open property page, then click on button, then find icon and again press Apply. Or no ?
But it is your business use or not use this app. :-).
If you have problemm with this app, please thought (feedback form http://eng.softq.org/feedback) write about problemm, and I’m will try fix its.
