It took me a long time to get the perfect emulation on vista without modding windows system files.
I DID NOT MAKE ANY OF THESE ITEMS. I only modified some to make them a little bit better.

What is wrong with it?
I am currently trying to make the ObjectBar skin more like leopard, Transparent, Full Rectangle, FOnt works, etc.
So far I have the full rectangle and automatically transparent down, I just need to fix the font on it, so don’t worry.
Now the font is fixed and its ready for Distribution.
I just need shiftedx’s permission….
New Dock. Switched to the RKLauncher release from windows edge.
Seems like all systems go.
@Ogui: You have to install a leopard skin for objectdock

Hey i downloaded the file, but how can i extract this .SUITE file?
Use Theme Manager.
You can get it from Stardock central, it is a component of “Object Desktop”
